Camera Obscura - 22nd January 2004

This was the last time Camera Obscura recorded for the Peel program. This is a bit of a special session in that it was recorded to celebrate Burns Night, which in case you don't know is celebrated in Scotland on 25th January. This session consists of five Robert Burns poems put to music. The result I think is some of the finest work Camera Obscura have yet produced. Perhaps they should consider doing a full album of this stuff.

1. Love My Jean
2. O That I Were Where Helen Lies
3. A Fond Kiss
4. Red Red Rose
5. Cock Up Your Beaver

Hi - Thanks for posting this, but I thought I should point out that the Megaupload link is erroneous (it's the Slowdive session again).
